Rosé

Bird on a Wire Rosé is made with Pinot Noir fruit hand harvested from a vineyard in Coldstream, Yarra Valley.

The fruit is left as whole bunches. For several days it rests on skins to extract colour and give the wine its rich pink hue, trodden by foot daily. It completes primary fermentation in oak.

Watermelon pink, Bird on a Wire Rosé has fresh red fruit flavours with a dry, savoury undercurrent. Best young.
